Return policy
Our returns period lasts 14 days from the day you received your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns made on this order. We can only accept returns on items which have not been worn or washed and are in the original packaging with the tags still on. For hygienic reasons please try on shapewear over your own underwear. For underwear, hygienic try-on liners must not be removed and must still be in place for us to accept a return. We reserve the right to return items back to you that have clearly been used.

Refunds will be issued to the full value of the item (excluding postage).
Delivery charges of returns – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Exchange policy
We can only accept exchanges which have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items back to you that have clearly been used. You have 14 days to notify us if you would like an exchange from the date of receiving the item via info@anytypeshapewear.co.uk
We process exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to Any Type Shapewear in the same condition sold to you, within 7 days of your notification. If a replacement item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. Any Type Shapewear will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Once we have received your return we will send your exchanged item out to you free of charge.
Customers are liable for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there has been an error on our part.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If you receive a faulty/damaged/wrong product we will provide either a replacement or refund, please email us at info@anytypeshapewear.co.uk when you receive your item so we can assist you immediately. Please include your order number and pictures of the faulty/damaged/wrong item. We can only provide a refund or replacement on faulty items that have not been worn and have their original tags on.
International returns
If you need to return an item you’ve received from us, you’ll have 28 days to do this from the date you received your order. International customers are responsible for their own returns and which service they use. We suggest using a tracked service for a peace of mind.

We are not liable for any returns until they are received back to the above address with proof of signature. We will also not be held liable for any fees or charges related to importing of goods, and therefore are unable to support refunds of any duties or tax paid by you.
